​OUR HISTORY
We at Howdie Brownies are proud of our modern Brownies and Blondies. It’s important to us that people agree that you ain’t had a Brownie til you ate a Howdie. Our main ingredients however still remain chocolate, butter, sugar and flour. Just like it was back in good Ol’e Howdies day. Nobody knows whether Howdie was his real name or whether folks just called him that because of the cheery greeting they got when they moseyed into his Brownie Parlour.

HOWDIES START.

Howdie didn’t get much of an education, what with his Maw and Paw being train robbers an’ all. Every time the sheriff discovered their stash of trains they had to move on sharpish. Paw was eventually arrested for cactus rustling. As Howdie watched his Paw being dragged off he swore to himself, “ah is going to learn myself how to make the best damn Brownies around”. His English never improved but he sure kept that vow.

HOWDIES LEGACY

Like Howdie we never compromise on quality. We make sure you always get the very best Brownies and Blondies. We always use the best ingredients, hand bake all our Brownies to perfection and never send them out unless they are scrumpious and ultra fudgey.

LESS IS MORE?

As Howdie would say, “no siree”. We pack as much chocolate as we can into every Brownie and Blondie. As they are all 100% butter, we cant squeeze any more of that in either which means that you get more gooey flavour than you would have thought possible.
